Scaffold training must match the work people actually perform. A user who accesses a completed scaffold needs different knowledge than an erector, dismantler, inspector, or designated competent person. Optimal Safety Solutions builds each course around that responsibility.
Training is available for supported scaffolds, mobile scaffolds, pump jacks, system scaffolds, frame scaffolds, and other equipment used by construction, maintenance, industrial, and specialty-trade teams. Our instructors bring hands-on scaffold and regulatory experience—not just slides.
When delivered onsite, students inspect components, identify setup defects, evaluate access and platform conditions, review tagging systems, and work through actual site scenarios. We can also incorporate your scaffold type, manufacturer information, company procedures, and project requirements.
We deliver onsite scaffold training across the United States, live virtual user-awareness and refresher sessions where appropriate, and hybrid programs that combine remote instruction with onsite verification. We also travel to support U.S.-based companies and project teams working internationally.
Course completion supports a worker’s knowledge and skill development. The employer makes the final competent-person designation and must provide authority to take prompt corrective action.
We know safety because we’ve lived both sides.
No dull, boring lectures.
Because the details matter
